Seven new townhomes with traditional character, welcoming porches, and modern interiors were built around a remodeled craftsman home that features a new accessory dwelling unit in its basement. Challenges included preserving a signature 20’ tall hedge along the street, respecting the greenbelt at the back of the property, and working with the civil engineer to negotiate and minimize the impacts of a street extension.
