Reimagining an existing medical office space into three speculative neighborhood scaled tenant spaces on the ground floor of a mid-century apartment building in St. Petersburg, Florida. The existing parking in front of the building was relocated to the alley under a newly exposed cantilever, allowing the covered space in front to welcome visitors through shared outdoor dining/retail and a covered bike storage area for residents.
